Because these items are handmade/hand-finished collectibles, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. I will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, repair solution, or refund when appropriate.
Minor variations, small surface differences, or subtle handmade imperfections are normal and are part of the handmade process. These are not considered defects.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, accidental damage after delivery, or normal handmade variation.
